It combines coaching, breathwork, mindful touch, and embodiment exercises—all tailored to what you want to explore. Unlike traditional therapy (which is talk-based) or massage (which is relaxation-focused), sexological bodywork is about learning to feel more in your body, understanding your desires, and reclaiming pleasure as something natural and shame-free.

How is sexological bodywork different from massage or therapy?

Massage is about relaxation and releasing physical tension—it's done to you. Sex therapy is talk-based counseling about sexual issues—it happens in conversation. Sexological bodywork is embodied and experiential. It's about learning through your body—exploring sensation, practicing new ways of relating to pleasure, and releasing shame through somatic practices, not just talking about it.

Is sexological bodywork sexual?

Sessions can include sexual touch and exploration, but only if that's what you want and we've agreed on it together. Many sessions are not explicitly sexual—they might focus on breathwork, sensation mapping, or simply learning to feel safe and present in your body. The focus is always on your experience, your learning, and your pleasure—not mine.

My clients include people exploring their sexuality for the first time, those recovering from shame, trauma, or negative sexual experiences, individuals wanting to learn mindful self-pleasure, couples deepening their intimacy, disabled clients seeking accessible body-positive support, and anyone curious about embodiment and somatic practices.

How much does sexological bodywork cost?

Accepted Answer

Sexological bodywork: £150 per 3-hour session | £50 per additional hour. Two-way touch sessions: £150 per 3-hour session | £50 per additional hour. Self-pleasure coaching: £100 per 2-hour session | £50 per additional hour. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Where do sessions take place?

I see clients at my dedicated flat in central London, in Marylebone. The nearest station is Bond Street; Oxford Circus and Baker Street are also within walking distance. I'm also happy to consider alternative arrangements, including seeing clients in their own homes.
