What to expect
You've probably never done anything like this before.
That’s completely okay. Most people arrive with questions about what a session actually involves, what to expect, whether this work is right for them, or whether they need to prepare in any way.
You’ll find answers to many of those questions below. If there’s anything else you’d like to ask, or if you’d simply rather talk it through, please get in touch.
Before we meet
Who do you work with?
I work with adults of all genders, sexual orientations, bodies, and abilities.
People come to me for many different reasons. Some are exploring sexuality for the first time or after a long period without intimacy. Some want a safe space to explore new erotic practices or sensations. Some want to better understand recurring patterns in their relationships or sexual experiences. Others are curious about embodiment, pleasure, self-touch or intimacy within an existing relationship.
Is this right for me?
Perhaps. The best place to start is with a conversation. Get in touch, and we can discuss together whether this type of work might be right for you.
How do I book?
Simply get in touch using the contact form or by email.
If we’ve never met before, we’ll usually arrange a short phone or video call before booking a session.
How do I know which type of session is right for me?
You don’t need to decide that on your own. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for and decide together what feels most appropriate.
During the session
What happens during a session?
Every session is different, but they tend to share a similar rhythm.
Beginning
We’ll begin by talking.
We’ll explore what has brought you here, what you’re curious about, and what you’d like to experience, practise or experiment with. Together, we’ll decide how we’d like to approach the session.
Experience
The main part of the session is experiential.
Rather than simply talking about your intention, we’ll begin to explore it directly. Depending on what feels appropriate, this may involve touch, movement, body awareness, breath, massage, guided exercises, role play, erotic exploration, or simply paying close attention to what is happening in the moment.
There is no script to follow. The session develops in response to you.
Integration
Towards the end of the session, we’ll take time to reflect on the experience together.
Sometimes there are clear insights. Sometimes there are simply new questions or a different way of seeing things. The aim isn’t to reach conclusions, but to give the experience space to settle before you leave.
Throughout the session, consent is an ongoing conversation, and you’re free to pause, change direction or stop at any point.
Will there be touch?
Touch is often part of my work, but it is never assumed or required.
Every session begins with a conversation about your intentions, boundaries and comfort. Depending on what we agree together, a session may involve no touch at all, or it may include touch ranging from fully clothed contact to more intimate forms of bodywork.
Any touch is always discussed beforehand, remains consensual throughout, and can be paused or stopped at any time.
Can i touch you?
In sexological bodywork sessions, touch is ordinarily one-way—from me to you. This professional framework is designed to support your learning by keeping the focus on your experience.
Other interactive and relational practices allow for greater flexibility in how we work together. Depending on the intentions of the session, two-way touch may become part of the work. This is always discussed explicitly beforehand, agreed by both of us, and approached with the same care, consent and clear communication that underpin all of my work.
If, instead, you are looking simply to share intimacy rather than engage in an educational process, you may wish to read about my shared intimacy sessions, which follow a different intention and structure.
Will there be nudity?
Nudity is never required.
Depending on your intentions and what we agree together, a session may take place fully clothed, partly clothed or naked. If nudity becomes part of a session, it is always discussed beforehand and approached with care, consent and respect. You are always free to remain clothed or to change your mind at any point.
Will you be naked?
In sexological bodywork sessions, I remain clothed. This is part of the professional framework and helps keep the focus on your experience.
Other interactive and relational practices allow for greater flexibility in how we work together. Depending on the intentions of the session, my own nudity may become part of the work. As with every aspect of a session, this is always discussed explicitly beforehand and agreed by both of us.
If you are looking simply to share intimacy rather than engage in an educational process, you may wish to read about my shared intimacy sessions, which follow a different intention and structure.
Will the session involve genital or anal contact?
My educational work may involve working directly with the genitals or anus, including genital or anal touch and, where appropriate, practices such as masturbation. Any such work is always discussed beforehand, agreed together, and undertaken only if it supports the intentions of the session.
Some educational approaches, such as sexological bodywork, involve one-way touch only, whereas others allow greater flexibility, including two-way touch or my own nudity. Whatever the approach, the educational and experiential intention, as well as my commitment to consent, communication and embodied awareness, remain the same.
My own genitals and anus are never used as part of this educational work. I do not engage in oral sex, genital-to-genital contact, genital-to-anal contact, or penetration with any part of my body. When I work directly with your genitals or anus, I do so only with my hands.
If you are looking for an experience that may include oral sex, penetrative sex, or other forms of full sexual intimacy, these belong instead to my shared intimacy practice, which has a different intention, structure, pricing, and practical arrangements. You can read more about them here.
What if I become emotional?
That’s completely welcome.
Bodies don’t separate emotions from physical experience very neatly. Laughter, tears, excitement, relief, embarrassment and joy can all be part of the experience.
There’s no expectation that you should feel any particular way.
What if I become aroused?
Arousal is a completely natural bodily response.
Sometimes it happens. Sometimes it doesn’t.
Neither outcome is a goal, a problem or something to feel embarrassed about.
What if I change my mind?
Then we stop.
Consent isn’t something that’s agreed once at the beginning of a session. It’s an ongoing conversation.
You’re free to pause, change direction or stop completely at any point.
Practicalities
Where do sessions take place? Is your space accessible?
Sessions take place in my private flat in Marylebone, Central London. The nearest station is Bond Street; Oxford Circus and Baker Street are also within walking distance.
My flat is on the second floor and there’s no lift. If accessibility is a concern, please get in touch and I am happy to discuss alternative options.
Home visits may also be available by arrangement, whether to address accessibility concerns or for any other reasons.
How long are sessions?
Sessions based on sexological bodywork and other interactive and relational practices last approximately 3 hours.
This gives us enough time not only to explore, but also to arrive, settle and integrate the experience.
Shared intimacy sessions follow different durations, depending on what we agree together.
How much do sessions cost?
The fee for a 3-hour session is £210.
If you’re interested in shared intimacy, please see the dedicated page here, as those sessions have a different format, duration, and pricing.
What if I can’t afford your fees?
Please don’t let money be the reason you never get in touch.
If cost is the main thing preventing you from booking, tell me. I keep some flexibility in my pricing because I don’t believe experiences of touch, intimacy and embodied learning should be available only to those who can easily afford them.
I can’t promise a reduced fee in every case, but if we can find an arrangement that feels fair for both of us, I’m always happy to do so.
What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a fundamental part of my practice.
Are sessions in-person or online?
I normally work in-person, because touch and embodied presence is a central part of what I do.
Online sessions may be an option in certain cases, depending on the nature of the work you're interested in. If you’d like to discuss, just get in touch.
Do you work with couples?
Yes — and the fee remains the same.
Possiamo parlare in Italiano?
Certo! Possiamo lavorare sia in italiano che in inglese.
Still have questions?
Get in touch — and we can talk about anything else, answer any questions, or address any concerns.
I offer a free 30 minutes introductory call to help you feel comfortable and clear before we meet.
